The Crown has a history dating back to the 1760’s, and is very much the main hub of the village.
Their classic bar menu offers a selection of pub favourites, and there are good choices too for children and guests with dietary requirements. There are also seasonal daily specials, and they serve a cracking Sunday roast.
The well-stocked bar serves a range of ales from the St Austell brewery in Cornwall, alongside cask ales and other draught beers.
The Crown has eight comfortable en-suite bedrooms, comprising of a selection of double, twin, four poster and family rooms. Each room comes with complimentary toiletries, a TV, hairdryer, tea & coffee making facilities and WiFi access.
Breakfast consists of a buffet with a whole host of options such as fruit, yoghurt, juice and cereals, a full English breakfast or something lighter such as smoked salmon and scrambled eggs.
There is parking for overnight guests.
They are situated between the Exmoor National Parks and the Valley of the Rocks, near to the Cliff Railway that runs between Lynton and Lynmouth.
