With a quarter of the county designated as the Shropshire Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the walking routes run through some of the most beautiful and varied landscapes you’ll find anywhere in Britain. A land with wild borderland hills traversed by Offa’s Dyke to the rolling fields and deep gorges through which the Severn Way passes on its way to Bristol there’s an abundance of walks for the experienced to the rookie walker.

Iron Bridge Way- Traversing the historic Iron Bridge this route passes the Telford Steam Railway before culminating at the Iron Bridge Gorge Museum.

Wenlock Edge- Following the famous limestone escarpment the Wenlock Edge this walk displays everything that makes Shropshire a walker’s haven.
