The George Inn

The George is a charming and historic coaching inn, who sit in the town centre of Mere, beneath the South Wiltshire Downs. They are located just a short two minute drive off the A303, and are well known locally for their warm hospitality, comfortable bedrooms and classic pub food. Mere lies at the south western tip of Salisbury Plain, close to the borders of Somerset and Dorset.
