Heritage

Surrey is rich in heritage and history. There’s plenty of things to see and do, from visiting Stone Street, the old Roman Road to the early monastic ruins at Waverley Abbey. Surrey is also home to one of England’s greatest palace’s – Hampton Court Palace, famous for being one of Henry VIII’s favourite palaces. If your with the family head to London Bus Museum in Weybridge and learn all about London’s iconic public transport.

Arts & Culture

Surrey is full of culture and has plenty of galleries and exhibitions to suit all interests. There’s the award winning Lightbox in Woking and for those who are interested in the Arts and Crafts movement visit the Watts Gallery which celebrates the life of GF Watts.

Family Attractions

If you’re looking for something fun to do with all the family Surrey won’t disappoint. Home to two of the UK’s best theme parks – Thorpe Park and Chessington World of Adventures – you’re sure to have a good time. There’s also plenty of active attractions and events to see and take part in. Try out go karting, zorbing, Go Ape or take a helicopter ride and fly over Surrey or even London.
