The Spread Eagle has 39 individually styled bedrooms and suites, ranging from classic country-house rooms to characterful four-poster bedrooms with historical features and antique furnishings. Many rooms reflect the building’s heritage while providing modern comforts. Named after nearby polo fields, past guests or authors, each room comes with comfortable beds, a Nespresso coffee machine, tea tray with homemade biscuits, complimentary toiletries, and WiFi access. Some rooms feature separate sitting areas, making them particularly well suited to longer stays and family breaks. Dogs are welcome on request, with prior acknowledgement.

Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, snacks and afternoon tea, guests can also enjoy dining in the oak-beamed bar, warmth of the conservatory, or outside on the terrace or inner courtyard in the summertime.
