Redeeming Your Stay in a Pub Gift Voucher

Redeeming your Stay in a Pub Gift Voucher is easy. Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Read the Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions.
  2. Choose your stay in any of the pubs listed on this site.
  3. Book your stay and retain your booking confirmation or receipt.
  4. Once you have made your booking and you have received confirmation from either the pub or Booking.com, please complete the Redemption Request Form. You will then need to upload the booking confirmation or receipt.
  5. Redemption requests will be completed within 7 working days (excluding Bank Holidays) and the requested Redemption Amount will be credited to your bank account.

  • Must be 6 digits long
  • Must be between 6 and 8 digits long
  • For example, if your room booking is £150 and your voucher value is £200 you may wish to redeem the full amount to spend on food and drinks during your stay.
