The Weeping Willow serves a seasonal modern British menu, which celebrates artisan regional and local suppliers. Vegan and gluten free dishes sit alongside hearty Sunday roasts and fresh seafood all contributing to the great diversity and seasonality of East Anglia.
Their wine list has been carefully selected to compliment their menus, and the bar also serves a great range of real ales, beers, bubbles, and an artisan gin shelf.
The Raspberry room is decorated in bold pink with a window looking into their creative kitchen. This gorgeous room seats up to 12 guests and is a relaxed space for private supper parties.
Their seven lodges are set back behind the pub and garden in their tranquil meadow. Each lodge is spacious and modern with earthy tones, natural fabrics, and splashes of green.
Their Good lodges are dog friendly and are suitable for up to four guests. They come with a sofa bed, desk, workspace, tea & coffee station and WiFi access, whilst the bathrooms each have a bathtub, rainfall shower and complimentary Bramley products. Their Best lodges also have a wood fired hot tub just outside.
Their Best family lodges have a king size bed and built in bunk beds and are suitable for up to five guests, whilst the bathrooms have a walk-in rainfall shower, and complimentary Bramley products. One of their Best family lodges is accessible friendly and includes a parking bay by the lodge.
Breakfast is a real treat and includes choices such as a full cooked East Anglian, Continental, smoked salmon, Eggs Royale/ Florentine, and vegan options.
Barrow sits in scenic Suffolk countryside a short drive from Thetford Forest, with many charming villages on their doorstep. Newmarket, the home of British horseracing is a 20-minute drive away, and the historic market town of Bury St Edmunds, which has a brilliant food and drink scene is nearby.
