Their lunch and supper menus comprise of a good range of modern British food, made from locally sourced ingredients. There are a smattering of pub classics, such as beer battered haddock and hand cut chips, lighter food such as freshly cut sandwiches and dishes for guests with dietary requirements.

The Rose & Crown’s seven bedrooms, comprise of a mix of twin and double rooms, and two adjoining rooms can be set up to accommodate a family. Each bedroom comes with an en-suite bathroom, complimentary toiletries, comfortable beds, a TV, tea & coffee making facilities and WiFi access. Dogs are welcome on request and with prior acknowledgement.
The surrounding countryside is a haven for walkers and nature enthusiasts. The village of Ashbury is around seven miles east of Swindon in neighbouring Wiltshire.
