The Masons Arms is part of Individual Inns, owned by Robinsons, one of the most respected names in British brewing and innkeeping. They operate one of the most advanced and sophisticated breweries in the UK with a global reputation for producing traditional real ale.
This warm and welcoming country pub serves award-winning real ales, and delicious pub food. Their menu features pub classics, homemade sourdough sandwiches, yummy puddings, a cracking Sunday roast and interesting choices for children and guests with dietary requirements.
Their bar is well-stocked with award-winning cask ales, lagers, spirits, mixers, soft drinks, and an eclectic selection of wines. Outside, there are ample places to drink, socialise and soak in the views on long, summer days.
The Masons Arms has five suites, with views across the Lyth Valley. Each room comes with comfortable beds, complimentary toiletries, a TV, a tea & coffee corner, and WiFi access.
They also have two cosy dog friendly cottages, one sleeping up to six guests, and the other up to four. Please be aware there is a minimum three-night stay for cottage bookings.
Dogs are welcome on request, with prior acknowledgement directly with the pub.
A delicious breakfast is served every morning, and there is ample parking for guests staying overnight.
Cartmel Fell is a haven for walkers and ramblers, located a short distance to the east of the lower part of Windermere.
