Their menus are created from the finest, seasonal ingredients and include fresh-tasting refined dishes, hearty pub classics, homemade pies, weekly specials, yummy puddings, a Sunday roast and interesting choices for guests with dietary requirements.
The Inn at Cheltenham Parade is part of Timothy Taylor’s pub estate, one of the UK’s oldest family-owned breweries with over 160 years’ heritage of brewing award-winning ales. Their Landlord has won more awards than any other beer, winning both CAMRA Champion Beer of Britain and the Brewing Industry Awards Gold Medal four times. Established in 1858, the company remains in the family and is the last independent brewery of its type left in West Yorkshire.
Their bar is well-stocked with a wonderful selection of ales, bottled and draft craft beers, local and continental lagers, an eclectic wine list, artisan spirits and after dinner ports, sherries and digestives.
Outside, to the front of the pub there is an outdoor terrace space with a weatherproof retractable canopy with glazed balustrade. The terrace creates a comfortable seating area for guests wanting to enjoy al fresco drinks in both the heat of summer and on cold winter evenings.
The Inn at Cheltenham Parade has 15 en-suite bedrooms, each designed with comfort in mind and comprising of small double, double, and double (with an additional single bed) rooms which are ideal for larger parties or families. They also have penthouse suites with their own balcony and kitchen facilities and one dog friendly room.
Each bedroom is beautifully furnished and comes with comfortable beds, a TV, Nespresso machine with a wide range of tea and coffee, complimentary toiletries, a hairdryer, iron & ironing board and WiFi access. Cots are available on request.
Breakfast is a real treat and includes a choice of a light continental breakfast, or a full Yorkshire feast. Parking is limited because of their central location, but there are good options nearby.
They are conveniently located close to the city of Ripon, the market towns of Thirsk and Knaresborough, and just over 20 miles from historic York. There are plenty of beautiful places to explore in Harrogate and the surrounding area such as Fountains Abbey, Newby Hall, Ripley Castle, Beningborough Hall, Brimham Rocks and the breathtaking Yorkshire Dales.
