This local village pub, built in the 1600’s, sits in the heart of Polbathic and serves fresh, locally sourced food, quality real ales and wines from around the world.
They have roaring open fires, a community public micro library, separate bar, beer garden, summer ale, cider and pie festival, comfortable bedrooms, a restaurant and function room.
You can enjoy their delicious seasonal food inside or out and their ethos is to deliver some of the best pub food Cornwall has to offer and still keep things humble and proper. All of their food is sourced as locally as possible and they proudly grow their own organic vegetables in the beer garden.
Each of their four en-suite bedrooms come with comfortable beds, crisp fresh linen, fluffy towels, complimentary toiletries, WiFi access, a TV and tea and coffee making facilities. Dogs are welcome with prior acknowledgement.
Plymouth is about ten miles from the pub and Looe can be reached in six miles.
