Seasonality is something the George & Dragon are very passionate about, and their delicious menus are created from the finest local ingredients. The restaurant atmosphere is relaxed and informal and their menus feature refined British pub classics, seasonal specials, sides, indulgent puddings, homemade ice cream, and a Sunday roast.
Outside, there are several little secret courtyards from which to enjoy your favourite drink in the sunshine. The pub also has a private dining room which seats up to 20 guests.
The George & Dragon has eight beautiful double, superior double, or twin en-suite bedrooms above the pub and a secret cottage (bungalow), located nearby. Each room comes with comfortable beds, feather duvets, Egyptian cotton linen, a TV, complimentary toiletries, tea & coffee making facilities, and WiFi access.
Dogs are welcome on request, with prior acknowledgement directly with the pub.
Breakfast is served daily and there is parking for overnight guests.
