The Falcon have a traditional approach to food, using the very best seasonal ingredients to create well rounded dishes, which can be enjoyed in their traditional bar or spacious, stone floored dining room.
They have a passion for eclectic and artisan wines, beers and spirits, and the well-stocked bar serves a great range of craft beer, guest ales and wines and ciders from their own Balfour Winery. Outside, there is courtyard seating which is a popular spot from which to enjoy al fresco drinks in the sunshine.
The Falcon has 11 beautifully styled bespoke bedrooms. From suites to more intimate doubles, all of their bedrooms come with an en-suite bathroom, fluffy white towels, Bramley toiletries, a Smart TV, quality teas and coffees and WiFi access.
Dogs are welcome on request, with prior acknowledgement directly with the pub.
Painswick is situated between Stroud and Gloucester, and is a haven for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers and nature enthusiasts. There are a multitude of boutique shops to explore and the stunning 18th century Rococo Garden to discover.
