Their ambition is to bring an unsurpassed drinking and dining experience to the Peak District, with sustainability at the core of everything they do. Their delicious food is bold and creative, and they source around 90% of their ingredients from suppliers within five miles of the pub.
At the bar you will find weary walkers, parched patrons and thirsty locals. Their wine list features a selection of interesting bottles and independent producers, and they also serve a range of traditional real ales and modern cocktails. Drinks can be enjoyed in the spacious garden or by the fire in the cosy snug.
The beautifully refurbished “Old Piggery” has five king size bedrooms, each with comfortable beds, soft sheets, fluffy towels and modern state-of-the-art bathroom fittings. Their renovated barn houses an additional apartment with its own garden.
Please note there is a minumum two night stay between Friday and Sunday nights.
Dogs are welcome on request, with prior acknowledgement directly with the pub.
