Bedrooms: There are 16 rooms ranging from comfortable doubles to a luxurious superior king suite.
Each room comes with complimentary organic toiletries, Egyptian cotton linen, a TV, tea & coffee making facilities, fresh milk, hairdryer, and WiFi access.
Dog friendly? Yes, dogs are welcome on request, with prior acknowledgement in five of the bedrooms.
Family friendly? Yes, rooms 9, 6, and 11 are perfect for families. Three further rooms have an additional z-bed.
Accessible rooms? Yes, room 11 is fully accessible.
Glamping Yurts: Choose from three yurts situated on the banks of the river, in a private forest garden.
Each yurt is fully furnished with a king bed, antique furniture, and amenities such as tea and coffee. The yurts share outdoor bathroom facilities.
One yurt (room 20) is suitable for families and all three are dog friendly.
Breakfast is a real treat and includes cooked and continental options.
There is ample parking and a charging point for electric vehicles. Guests must bring their own charging cable. A nominal charge applies.

The central Lake District, Yorkshire Dales, Durham Dales, and Scottish Borders are within proximity.
So too are the market towns of Sedbergh, Kirkby Lonsdale, Kirkby Stephen, Penrith, and Barnard Castle.

The pub is located ten-minutes off Junction 38 of the M6 motorway, and a short drive from the A66 which connects Cumbria with the North East.
