The Anchor Inn is an old English pub with oodles of character, cosy corners, oak beams and lots of snug seating.
Their delicious food is created using the finest local and seasonal ingredients from the wonderful larder on their doorstep. Their menu has a tempting range of refined pub classics, steaks, yummy puddings and good choices for guests with dietary requirements.
Their charismatic bar serves locally brewed beers and ales, a considered wine list, artisan spirits, cocktails and grown up soft drinks. Outside, their pretty garden is a delightful spot from which to enjoy al fresco drinks in the sunshine.
Located in the main building, their cottage style bedrooms are named after literary greats of the past and include a stacked bookshelf, tea & coffee, homemade biscuits, vegan and environmentally friendly British bath & body products, a TV and WiFi access.
Dogs are welcome, with prior acknowledgement directly with the pub. There is ample on-site parking.
The Anchor is close to the borders of Hampshire and Surrey, around two miles from the South Downs, six miles from Farnham and about 12 miles from Basingstoke and Farnborough. The local countryside is a haven for walkers and nature enthusiasts.
