The Allanton Inn sources local and seasonal produce and their concise menus showcase the rich larder on their doorstep. The pub has won many accolades for their delicious food, and serves refined dishes, pub classics, sharing platters, local seafood, homemade desserts, and Sunday lunch.
The bar is well-stocked with real ales, artisan gins, malt whiskies, an eclectic wine list, and good non-alcoholic options. Outside, their large beer garden has glorious countryside views, and is the picture-perfect spot from which to enjoy sociable drinks in the sunshine.
The Allanton Inn has seven en-suite standard double, double, and family rooms. Each room comes with Egyptian cotton bedding, fluffy white towels, Scottish toiletries, a TV, tea making facilities with Scottish biscuits, and WiFi access.
Breakfast is a real treat and includes homemade granola & porridge, Eyemouth kippers, local honey, smoked salmon, sausages, bacon, eggs, homemade jams & marmalades.
There is parking for overnight guests.
The Blackadder Loop and Whiteadder Walk are two popular local walking trails, and parkland golf courses at Coldstream (The Hirsel) and at Duns are a short drive away. Eyemouth Golf Course overlooks the North Sea and is 15-minute drive from the pub.
