The Inn at Lock Tummel pride themselves on sourcing the very best local, seasonal produce. All of their jams, marmalades, chutneys, bread, oatcakes and afternoon treats are homemade at the Inn.
Their delicious menu is refined with a focus on a small number of dishes cooked exceptionally well, and including interesting options for guests with dietary requirements.
There are an abundance of micro breweries and gin distilleries nearby, and they have chosen Strathbraan as their ale supplier who are based in Amulree.
The library on the first floor has stunning views out across Loch Tummel, and outside, they have turned their flower beds around the terrace into a herb garden with fruit trees.
Their six elegant en-suite bedrooms come with a selection of toiletries, fluffy bath towels, bottled highland water, a Robert’s radio, Nespresso machine, bathrobe, slippers and complimentary treats.
Dogs are welcome on request, with prior acknowledgement directly with the pub.
During the summer months the sailing club on Loch Tummel is in full sail. The town of Pitlochry is nine miles away and has a host of shops, cafes, restaurants, a golf course and theatre.
