Win a Wine-derful Stay at The Star and Garter

We have teamed up with our friends in Chichester – The Star and Garter and Tinwood Estate – to offer one lucky winner a truly amazing prize… an overnight stay at The Star and Garter (dinner and breakfast included!), plus a vineyard tour at Tinwood Estate. We should also mention that this tour involves wine and cheese tasting!

The winner (+ guest) will enjoy dinner at The Star and Garter, and will receive a £50 contribution towards the cost of their bill. They will then stay overnight at the pub, and enjoy breakfast the following morning.

The Star and Garter is a picturesque country pub in the South Downs. Made with flint and brick in the 18th century, it’s filled with character, history and good food – plus fantastic views of the West Sussex countryside.

This special tour also involves a tour around Tinwood Estate’s vineyard, followed by a tasting session. Tinwood have described the experience as:

“Travel to the beautiful wine region of England and meet the winegrowers themselves. Our tours include a visit into the vineyard and the opportunity to have a full tasting experience, in our stunning tasting room, overlooking the vines.”

Terms and Conditions

  • This competition will commence at 12:00 GMT on 02/12/19, and will end at 23:59 GMT on 12/12/19

  • The prize is an overnight stay for two, which includes breakfast and a £50 contribution towards dinner – dinner to be eaten at The Star and Garter. The prize also includes a tour around Tinwood Estate’s vineyard, plus wine and cheese tasting
  • The prize expires on 02/06/20, and the prize is valid for stays taken Monday – Friday
  • After the winner has been announced, The Star and Garter will contact them to arrange their stay
  • Winner will be chosen at random
  • The prize is non-transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered
