We all know breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so when staying in a pub in Yorkshire, make sure you taste some of the best breakfasts in the region. Most of which, try to use locally sourced produce to give you the best taste of Yorkshire on your stay.
The following pubs have all achieved a recognised Visit England Breakfast Award or AA Breakfast Award.

The Buck Inn Thorton Watlass, Ripon, North Yorkshire
At the Buck Inn, be prepared to fill yourself up with their wide range of breakfast choices. Start yourselves off with a choice of yoghurts, cereals, fruit and juices. Then indulge in something more filling with everything from a full English breakfast with all the trimmings to croissants and preserves! Wash it all down with a selection of freshly brewed teas and coffees.

The Golden Fleece, Thirsk, North Yorkshire
The Golden Fleece offers a great selection for breakfast. Help yourself to chilled juices, fresh fruit salad, cereals and yoghurts. If you fancy a little something extra, order a full Yorkshire breakfast, with eggs made to order, grilled tomato, bacon, mushroom, sausage fried bread and black pudding. Not feeling quite so hungry? Natural smoked kippers are on the menu and of course toast goes without saying. After breakfast, enjoy a nice pot of Yorkshire tea or a freshly brewed coffee.

The Angel Inn, Near Skipton, North YorkshireThe ‘Full Yorkshire Breakfast’ has to be one of the best breakfasts in the industry with not a spot of fat to be seen anywhere on the plate. The ‘Full Yorkshire’ consists of the following; bacon from the Wensleydale Bacon Company, sausages from Olly’s Whole Hog Sausages, homemade black pudding, locally sourced eggs, mushrooms and tomatoes. Anyway don’t just take our word for it, taste it for yourselves! Breakfast is available for £15.00 or why not book one of the fantastic rooms and enjoy the breakfast after a perfect night’s stay.

The Durham Ox, Crayke, North Yorkshire
Breakfast at the Durham Ox consists of the usual breakfast amenities with fresh fruit, granola and yoghurts and of course Full English and Yorkshire breakfasts cooked to your liking. The cooked breakfasts here at the Durham Ox contain fresh locally sourced produce where possible. Enjoy your breakfast with freshly ground coffees, a selection of teas and hot chocolates.
