The Fountaine Inn is part of Individual Inns, owned by Robinsons, one of the most respected names in British brewing and innkeeping. They operate one of the most advanced and sophisticated breweries in the UK with a global reputation for producing traditional real ale.
This idyllic pub has bundles of personality, open fires, exposed oak beams, award-winning real ales, and delicious pub food. Their menu features Yorkshire pub classics, seasonal dishes, delicious puddings, and interesting choices for guests with dietary requirements.
Their bar is well-stocked with cask ales, lagers, spirits, mixers, soft drinks, and an eclectic selection of wines. To the front of the pub, there are wooden tables and chairs with delightful views.
The Fountaine Inn has five cosy en-suite bedrooms, including a studio bedroom which was once the creative hub of local artist Sheila Bownas. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor.
