Cardiff is the capital of Wales and one of the UK’s largest cities.  Bursting with atmosphere and a bustling waterfront, Cardiff is a vibrant city with lots going on.  Discover 2,000 years of history at Cardiff Castle, located in the city centre.  The castle is decorated with elaborate wood carvings, stained glass and marble which was once created for the 3rd Marquess of Bute. Cardiff has many historical buildings and is home to over 600 castles and are among the most stunning features of the country.  Visit the dusky pink Powis Castle, known for its attractive gardens, deerpark and landscaped Estate. The castle sits impressively on a hill and looks over the beautiful landscaped gardens.

Explore Cardiff’s bustling city centre on the hop-on hop-off bus, which takes you around the city’s vibrant areas.  The city is a cultural hub of live music, art galleries and quirky bars and restaurants, making it a wonderful place to visit.

Sport lovers will enjoy watching games at the Principality Stadium, the iconic venue which has hosted two Rugby World Cups and staged six showpiece FA Cup Finals.
