The Devonshire Arms Country Inn dates back to the 16th century and is steeped in history. Set in the tranquil village of Cracoe, in the heart of the beautiful Yorkshire Dales National Park, the pub is conveniently located between Skipton and the honeypot village of Grassington.
As a family run inn, they pride themselves on a friendly, attentive but unobtrusive, personal and individual service. From checking in, to enjoying a drink in the bar, a bite to eat, a good night’s sleep and a wonderful Yorkshire breakfast cooked to order in the morning, the team at The Devonshire Arms will do their best to ensure a wonderful stay.
The stunning Cracoe fell is the backdrop to the Inn and the rear of the property overlooks the kitchen garden, where you’ll find the head chef growing herbs, fruits and vegetables for the menu. The inn offers wonderful produce and a creative, locally-sourced seasonal menu which can be enjoyed whilst relaxing in the bar area by the log burner, or in the atmospheric restaurant.
The six tastefully decorated bedrooms are all en-suite and feature hospitality trays and TVs. WiFi access can also be enjoyed throughout the property and dogs are welcome for an additional nightly charge in two of the bedrooms.
Cracoe’s Yorkshire Dales location means there are many great walks on The Devonshire Arms’ doorstep, as well as the Way of the Roses cycle route running past.
