The Castle serve delicious seasonal pub classics, using the very best local ingredients. There are a multitude of menu options, from brunch, lighter dishes, a three course dining experience, to their popular Sunday roast.
They cater well for guests with dietary requirements, there is a “Young Guests” menu and delicious choices for breakfast too. Their brunch menu includes options such as smashed avocado and eggs, smoked salmon on sourdough, croissant French toast and pancakes or a full English.
Their bar is well stocked with cask ales, lagers, beers, spirits, soft drinks and an eclectic wine list. Outside, their gardens are a delightful spot from which to enjoy al fresco drinking and dining on long, warm summer days.
The Castle has 21 beautifully decorated, contemporary en-suite bedrooms, comprising of single, small double, twin, double, king, superior and family rooms.
There is ample parking for overnight guests.
Guests can stroll amongst the atmospheric ruins of the moated 15th century castle or explore the pretty Swiss style houses and 17th century church. Kirby Muxloe Golf Club which dates back to 1893 is also close by.
