The Greyhound has oodles of charm and character, cosy corners, exposed brickwork, low beams, log burning fires and a welcoming atmosphere. The well-stocked bar serves a wonderful array of real ales, fine whiskeys and a considered wine list.
Their beautifully presented and delicious menus are created using the finest local and seasonal produce. There are interesting choices for guests with dietary requirements and their Sunday lunch is extremely popular. Breakfast is a real treat with both cooked and continental options.
Seven en-suite rooms are situated above the restaurant and parlour, with a further three rooms in the leet cottage, two of which are on ground level and ideal for guests who require easy access. Each beautifully decorated bedroom comes with comfortable beds, luxurious toiletries, the finest linen, room refreshments, a TV and WiFI access.
Dogs are welcome on request, with prior acknowledgment directly with the pub.
The River Test runs along the side of the pub and their beautiful gardens, and is one of the most famous fly fishing rivers in the world.
