The Plough Inn at Stalisfield create their menus using locally sourced, high quality ingredients and offer a varied daily specials board as well as traditional favourites. Their philosophy of supporting local producers extends to their drinks menu too, where you’ll find a wide range of local Kent ales, wines, ciders and soft drinks as well as a great selection of gins and rums.
Their bedrooms are located in a new purpose built Kent barn nestled in the pub garden and surrounded by countryside. Each suite is named after a local woodland and has its own individual country style, combining exposed wood and earthy neutrals that reflects the natural environment to create a relaxed feel.
Downstairs there is a large bedroom with a sumptuous kingsize bed and en-suite bathroom, featuring a large, double ended bath and a spacious walk-in shower, whilst upstairs on the split level there is a generous lounge and dining area, with far reaching views across the countryside. These suites can easily accommodate families, with various bed options including a kingsize bed that can also be split into two singles, and a double sofa bed. There is easy access from the ground floor across the garden to the pub restaurant and some of their rooms are dog friendly.
The Plough Inn at Stalisfield is situated in the North Downs area of outstanding natural beauty. This wonderful 15th century pub has views across rolling farm and woodland down towards the north Kent coast.
