The Spread Eagle Inn is part of Individual Inns, owned by Robinsons, one of the most respected names in British brewing and innkeeping. They operate one of the most advanced and sophisticated breweries in the UK with a global reputation for producing traditional real ale.
This idyllic country pub has open stonework, cosy fireplaces, flagstone floors, oak beamed ceilings, award-winning real ales, and delicious pub food. Their menu features pub classics, signature sandwiches, seasonal dishes, delicious puddings, and interesting choices for guests with dietary requirements.
Their bar is well-stocked with cask ales, lagers, spirits, mixers, soft drinks, and an eclectic selection of wines. There are also many places to sit and enjoy the breathtaking views outside on warm, sunny days.
The Spread Eagle has 11 en-suite bedrooms, each of which has its own personality and charm. There are a choice of super kings, kings, and doubles. Some of their bedrooms can be converted into twins on request, and Room 6 is their spacious family room with two floors and plenty of room to stretch out.
Each room comes with comfy beds, complimentary toiletries, a TV, a tea & coffee corner, and WiFi access.
Dogs are welcome on request, with prior acknowledgement directly with the pub. There is ample parking for guests staying overnight, and EV charging points can be found a short drive away.

The pub is located about 30 minutes from Blackburn, and guests can enjoy visiting Clitheroe or riding or walking the trails at Gisburn Forest.
