The Dundas Arms is a charming riverside pub nestled between the River Kennet and the Kennet and Avon Canal, in the picturesque Berkshire village of Kintbury. This traditional country inn combines the character of a historic pub with comfortable accommodation, making it an excellent choice for a countryside escape, walking break or a food-led stay near Newbury. The waterside setting, expansive beer garden and welcoming atmosphere create a peaceful retreat within the North Wessex Downs. Several bedrooms enjoy private terraces overlooking the canal or river, while one deluxe room features a freestanding roll-top bath. The combination of waterside views, thoughtful touches and peaceful surroundings makes these rooms ideal for a relaxing countryside stay. Dogs are welcome on request, with prior acknowledgement.
