They serve delicious, home cooked and locally sourced food with an ever changing menu which reflects the delicious seasonal produce on their doorstep. They source produce from local farms and their fish comes directly from Cornwall. Their bar serves a wide selection of drinks, including both local and national real ales and traditional ciders.
The Crown have five spacious, cosy and supremely comfortable en-suite bedrooms, with a choice of four doubles and a twin. Each bedroom comes with a freeview television, tea & coffee making facilities and WiFi access. They serve a delicious full English breakfast which includes local sausages, cured bacon and free range eggs. Tea, coffee and cereals are also available.
They are only a stone’s throw from the ancient Avebury Rings, Silbury Hill and Stonehenge. The Crown is also an ideal base for walkers as it is situated by the famous Roman Ridgeway. They welcome all ramblers to join them for a cold pint or spot of lunch along the way.
