Liverpool Waterfront

In 2004, Liverpool’s waterfront was designated a World Heritage Site to reflect the importance of Liverpool’s maritime past during Britain’s global dominance.

The Heritage Site goes from the Albert Dock, Pier Head, Stanley dock, through historic commercial districts and to St George’s Quarter.
