Wilder is their award winning restaurant located on quirky Market Street. Their delicious tasting menus which focus on flavour, change with the seasons, using the finest local ingredients, and they also cater well for guests with dietary requirements.
Alongside their tasting menus, they serve an eclectic range of drinks, with an emphasis on wines, cocktails and the non alcoholic. Outside there is a pretty terraced garden.
Each of the rooms has been designed to be comfortable, peaceful and the perfect end to the day.
Their three original en-suite bedrooms (Elderflower, Nettle & Sorrel) are the perfect cosy, stylish, home from home rooms with real quirkiness and a lovely warm and welcoming feel. Alongside these rooms ‘The Nest’ is their family suite and ‘The Loft’ is their most luxurious room with a huge double bath and rain forest shower.
Two recently added apartments ‘Shortwood’ & ‘Newmarket’ are on the ground floor of the Wild Garlic and boast a lounge, kitchen/ diner, super king size bedroom (or twin on request) and a bathroom.
Set against the beautiful backdrop of the Five Valleys, Stroud is easily reachable by car or train.
