The Pickled Pheasant is an 18th century gastropub with cosy and inviting interiors, a log burner, comfortable seating and oodles of character and country charm.
Their menus feature pub classics, seasonal signature dishes, an array of sides, yummy puddings and good choices for children and guests with dietary requirements.
The vibrant bar serves an eclectic choice of local real ales, beers, ciders, spirits, wines from around the globe and a good range of soft drinks. Outside, their beer garden has wonderful views and is the perfect spot from which to enjoy al fresco drinks in the sunshine.
They have six gorgeous en-suite bedrooms named Pheasant, Partridge, Quail, Grouse, Teal and Mallard. Pheasant features a handmade oak four poster bed and a free standing Victorian style bath, and Grouse is accessible via a private entrance to the side of the pub, and is dog friendly.
Each room comes with king size Hypnos beds, Egyptian cotton linen, a TV with Freeview, tea & coffee making facilities, WiFi access, complimentary toiletries, bottled water and home bakes.
Their spacious, ground floor Peacock suite is dog friendly and has a beautiful lounge with comfy sofas, a cosy wood burning stove, courtyard garden and a bedroom with a stunning handmade driftwood bed.
There is ample parking for overnight guests.
