Country pub on the edge of the Cranborne Chase Ideal for Walkers

The Horton Inn is an 18th-century country pub near Wimborne. Wonderfully relaxed, it makes an easy-going base for exploring rural Dorset, historic Wimborne Minster and the surrounding countryside, with the Jurassic Coast also within driving distance. Walkers are very much at home here too – muddy boots and four-legged companions are part of country life. Downstairs, traditional pub food, a well-stocked bar and a beer garden provide all the ingredients for a laid-back pub break. There are seven en-suite bedrooms to choose from, including double, twin, and family accommodation, with selected rooms welcoming dogs.
