Their menus are created from the very best ingredients from the south west and include delicious starters, sharing plates, pub classics, refined dishes, steaks, sides, sandwiches and yummy puddings. Their Sunday roasts are very popular, they serve daily specials and there are good choices too for children and guests with dietary requirements.
The friendly and inviting bar is well stocked with Wadworth ales and they offer both classics as well as rotating special editions. They also serve an eclectic range of lagers, ciders, spirits, wines and soft drinks.
Outside, there is sociable seating to the front of the pub and a pleasant garden with a heated canopy to the rear.
Their en-suite bedrooms come with comfortable beds, fresh towels, complimentary toiletries, a TV, tea, coffee and biscuits, a hairdryer and WiFi access.
Dogs are welcome on request, with prior acknowledgement directly with the pub. There is no allocated parking at the pub, however there are multiple free parking spaces dotted around the village.
Great Tew overlooks the Worton Valley and has in the past been decribed as one of the most beautiful villages in England. The local area is a haven for walkers, ramblers, cyclists and nature enthusiasts.
