The Bell has won a plethora of food and drink awards and has established itself as a hugely popular pub to eat, drink and stay at. Their Michelin trained Head Chef, blends modern and classic ideas, tweaking English favourites with French techniques that express global influences, using only the finest quality local ingredients. In addition to the two dining rooms, bar and snug, there is a spacious covered patio and large beer garden, herb garden, meadow and courtyard.
As a freehouse The Bell is licensed to serve anything from the traditional to the exotic! Relaxing with a drink in the beer garden is the perfect tonic to a busy week and watching cricket on the common, pint in hand as the sun goes down, is an ideal way to spend a lazy summer’s evening. In colder months, you can relax by roaring fires after a hearty walk or a long lingering lunch; play games, read a book or settle down with a bottle of wine.
There are six, truly special en-suite bedrooms to choose from, two of which, Hindol and Beeler are dog friendly, with dogs charged an additional, nominal surcharge. Hindol also has disabled access and comes with a large, lavish wet room and two bedrooms, Hunny and Troose have indulgent, roll top baths within the bedrooms.
Each bedroom comes with a Smart TV, tea & coffee making facilities, complimentary mineral water, homemade shortbread and sloe gin, a Roberts radio, underfloor heating, WiFi access and luxurious bathrooms with complimentary toiletries. There are also two electric car chargers onsite.
The Bell has far reaching countryside views, together with an enviable location from which to explore all that Norfolk has to offer. Brisley is ideally situated between coast and city, about halfway between Fakenham and East Dereham.
