Booking with Confidence

We understand that the constantly changing Covid-19 situation is creating a lot of uncertainty and that you may be nervous about committing to a stay away and booking with confidence.

Reassurance

However, after a very difficult year it feels as though there is finally some light at the end of the tunnel.  The outlook for summer 2021 is positive and with vaccination programmes well underway, we are confident that holidays and short breaks in the UK will go ahead.

We can’t say for sure that the Government’s roadmap of lockdown easing and re-opening dates will go to plan, but we do know our pubs.

Flexibility

The majority are welcoming bookings now for stays beyond 12 April if they have self-contained units otherwise from 17 May – and most are offering greater flexibility over deposits, date changes, cancellations, and payments in case your travel plans have to change.

We know that reassurance and flexibility are key to helping you feel confident about booking a stay, and in good time to avoid disappointment.

Staying Safe

And you will be in safe hands, as pubs strictly adhere to Covid-19 safety protocols, enhanced hygiene and cleaning requirements, social distancing measures and regular staff training on Covid-19 safe procedures.

The Visit Britain ‘We’re Good to Go’ mark guarantees that the pub adheres to Government and public health guidance giving you reassurance that you can stay safe at this property.

Added Assurance

We appreciate, however, that there may still be a risk that holiday restrictions or local lockdowns may affect your plans at the last minute.

We recommend that you have travel insurance for any holiday you take, and that you take out a policy which covers you in the event of cancellation.
