The Taybank serve an ever-changing menu of inventive dishes that follow the Scottish seasons, and include ingredients grown in their very own gardens. Their menus feature a variety of starters, small and large plates, yummy desserts and interesting choices for guests with dietary requirements. Their restaurant, bar and gardens are all dog friendly.
Outside, their garden kitchen create wood-fired pizzas, flat-iron steaks and grilled langoustines. They also have a horsebox coffee and ice cream bar which serve homemade ice cream and freshly roasted coffee. Their sauna by the river fits up to six people and features an award-winning Nordic wood-fired stove.
The Taybank is also a musical meeting place with live sessions in the well-stocked drinks bar once a week and every other Sunday.
There are five Scandi inspired bedrooms to choose from, together with two stunning apartments.
Each room is a calming space with earthy colours, comfy beds, polished concrete bathrooms with monsoon showers, spacious baths and aromatic toiletries. A selection of their rooms will accommodate families, and dogs are welcome on request with prior acknowledgement directly with the pub.
Their breakfast hampers are delivered to your door each morning and contain fresh croissants, homemade granola, fruit, yoghurt, Great Glen charcuterie, Scottish cheese, seasonal jam, and orange juice.
They are surrounded by wonderful walking trails, riverside paths, steep crags and woodland walks.
