The Cary Arms & Spa serve gastro food cooked simply. Their ethos is one of freshness and seasonality, and their specials board changes daily and reflects the wonderful larder on their doorstep.
Guests can choose to dine in the relaxed and cosy inn, which has bundles of charm and a log burner, or alternatively outdoors in warmer months with glorious views of the bay.
The Cary Arms combines traditional seaside charm with cool contemporary beach side living. Each one of their bedrooms is beautifully styled with original features. Their bedrooms comprise of two suites and eight sea view rooms at the inn, four fisherman’s cottages and eight deluxe beach huts and beach suites.
Their ten bedrooms at the inn come with comfy beds, crisp linens, fluffy towels, cosy waffle bathrobes. a Netflix enabled TV, tea making facilities, Nespresso coffee machines, bottled water, a decanter of complimentary sloe gin, White Company bathroom amenities and WiFi access.
Their sea-facing spa includes a waterfall hydrotherapy pool, relaxation area, steam room, sauna, exotic experience shower, gym and treatment rooms. The spa sunbathing terrace has spectacular views out to sea.
Dogs are welcome on request, with prior acknowledgement directly with the Cary Arms in a select number of allocated rooms.
Parking is available in a public pay and display car park a short distance from their front door, although please be aware this car park can fill up during high season.
Torquay, and the beach resort of Babbacombe is also known as the ‘Jewel in the crown of the English Riviera’. Teignmouth Golf Club is also just a short drive from The Cary Arms & Spa.
