The pub has a choice of 20 single, double, twin, and family en-suite bedrooms. Ten rooms are located on the first floor of the pub and a further ten in the Barn.
There are three singles, five twins, 11 doubles, and one family room.
Each room comes with complimentary toiletries, fresh towels, a TV, tea & coffee making facilities, and WiFi access.
Dog friendly? Yes, dogs are welcome on request with prior acknowledgement directly with the pub. Nominal charges apply.
Location near Eskdale
The valley of Eskdale stretches from Gosforth to the foot of the Hardknott Pass in the west of the park.
A walkers paradise, the Wasdale and Eskdale Valleys both have many magnificent fells and forest trails.
Muncaster Castle is a short drive away and has 70 acres of garden.
