Built in 1840, The Victoria in Kirkby Malham features all the hallmarks of a proper country pub; warm open fires, stone flag floors, quality drinks, delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere, as well as being muddy boot and dog friendly!
They stock an array of local cask ales, draught beer, gins, whiskies, rums and wine to suit all tastes. The restaurant serves delicious pub classics, with all their food sourced locally where possible and cooked fresh to order.
In addition they have four tastefully decorated en-suite bedrooms available to book all year.
The pub is in a great spot, located just a mile down the road from the scenic village of Malham, and close to the historic Pennine Way. There are also lots of other scenic routes nearby and Malhamdale has been featured in many films and TV series, including Harry Potter and The Trip.
The Victoria in Kirkby Malham building is over 175 years old. As such, it features a steep stone staircase to access the upper floor where the bedrooms are situated, and because of this may not be suitable for those with mobility impairments or very small children.
