The Thornton Hunt Inn is a traditional Freehouse set in an attractive Grade II listed building which dates back to around the Eighteenth Century. The Inn is situated in the quaint village of Thornton Curtis in the glorious North Lincolnshire countryside.
They have extended their grade II listed building to encompass a number of en-suite single, double and twin/family rooms (family room sleeps max. of three persons) with three of the rooms located on the ground floor. They have attained a “VisitEngland” grading of “Four Star Inn”.
The extensive bar menu has won them several Food Standard Awards over the years and is mainly homemade encompassing local produce (Select Lincolnshire) where possible. They have a varied selection of starters, main courses, omelettes, baguettes and wonderful homemade desserts on the lunch menu, dinner menu, lite bite menu, children’s menu and sunday roast menus . Why not come and join them for a drink and let your children visit the Children’s Fun Trail or if the weather is up to it you can always eat outdoors!
They offer a wide selection of bitters/local Tom Wood’s real ale, lagers, stout, cider, wines, spirits, soft drinks and children’s drinks. The accommodation area has its own entrance which is controlled by a numbered combination lock and allows guests to come and go as they please. All the rooms go through a regular redecoration process to maintain standards. They all have central heating for the winter months and all bathrooms have heated towel rails.
