The Samson Inn is owned and run by three local farmers who care deeply about good quality food, seasonality and using local produce wherever possible, often from their own farms. Driven by these ideals their chefs have created delicious dishes that take the best seasonal ingredients and traditional recipes and give them a modern twist. The result is a mouth watering menu that is both familiar and original.
Their bar is well stocked with real ales, draught and bottled beer and cider, fine wines, malt whiskies, spirits and a wide range of soft drinks – there’s something for everyone.
They have 4 bedrooms that have all been recently renovated to provide comfortable and modern accommodation. They are all en-suite with generous and comfortable beds, crisp fresh towels and linen, toiletries, tea and coffee making facilities, free WiFi and flat screen TVs. Please note single occupancy rates may be less expensive than those prices advertised on this website.
They are situated just 30 miles from Hadrian’s Wall National Trail and and on the Hadrian’s Wall Cycle route and so are ideally located if you are exploring.
