The Pointer is filled with bundles of character and charm, oak beams, rustic decor and cosy fireside nooks. The friendly bar leads into the restaurant, a converted 18th century barn with vaulted ceilings which overlooks their enclosed, leafy beer garden.
They serve classic British dishes which are created using the freshest, seasonal and local ingredients. Their butcher brings them daily premium cuts of meat from the shop right next door, they serve daily seafood specials, and they also cater well for guests with dietary requirements.
Behind the bar you will find an excellent range of local cask ales, an eclectic wine list and their very own Brill gin.
They have nine gorgeous bedrooms, which comprise of their standard, superior and executive doubles, together with their twin rooms.
Each bedroom comes with super comfortable Hypnos beds, a Nespresso machine with fresh milk, a TV, White Company bed linen, fluffy bathrobes, luxury toiletries and WiFi access.
Dogs are welcome on request with prior acknowledgement.
