The Pennan Inn is a lovely country inn, situated in one of the most peaceful and picturesque areas in the North East of Scotland.

They offer a peaceful and relaxing environment with the Moray Firth right in front of the Inn, close enough to hear the delightful sounds of the waves crashing on the shores and the chance to wake up to a breathtaking view. The Pennan Inn is a traditional Scottish pub, their bar a cosy sanctuary full of character and charm. The bedrooms are bright and comfortable with stunning sea views.

Pennan was used as a location in the film “Local Hero” during the 1980’s and garnered a lot of popularity that way. The iconic telephone booth featured in the film is still a favourite among tourists visiting the village.
