Step inside this traditional English pub and you will experience a warm and friendly welcome. At their dog friendly bar you can sample one of their eclectic range of draught ales, lagers and cider, some of which has been traditionally brewed in Oxfordshire for over 100 years.
The Fat Fox has two distinctly separate dining areas. Their bar is perfect for a quick informal meal or a large get together with old friends, whilst the elegant dining room is better suited for couples who wish for greater intimacy or to celebrate a special occasion.
Their delicious, seasonal food is prepared using locally sourced ingredients, offering everything from British classics and decadent desserts to more exotic influences from overseas.
They have nine supremely comfortable bedrooms to choose from, seven of which are located in a converted barn at the rear of the property and away from the bar, dining room and the road. All of their en-suite rooms, many of which have countryside views are tastefully decorated and come with a whole host of little luxuries including fresh linen, fluffy towels and tea and coffee making facilities. All of their bedrooms are dog friendly, except the executive king rooms.
The Fat Fox Inn is located at the centre of the small attractive medieval market town of Watlington with rolling views of the Chiltern Hills, an area of outstanding natural beauty.
