This historic pub was allegedly built from old ship timbers so expect creaky floorboards and lots of character. Their menu is full of classic pub favourites which are complimented by a good selection of real ales, lagers, ciders and spirits, all of which can also be enjoyed on their outdoor patio when the sun is shining.
They have eight bedrooms, which comprise of five doubles, one compact double and two king rooms. Each en-suite bedroom comes with comfortable beds, WiFi access, a TV and tea and coffee making facilities. They also serve a freshly cooked breakfast.
Whilst there is parking at the pub, this is limited.
Legoland is just three miles from the pub, Royal Ascot is about a 20 minute drive away, and they are also a convenient overnight stopover for flights from Heathrow Airport.
