Originally a Blacksmiths, the doors of this pub have been open for well over 100 years, since when they have been welcoming weary travellers and villagers with food, drinks and hospitality.
Their bar and restaurant has a ‘French farmhouse’ feel and is paired with friendly service and a simple food philosophy of providing a small menu, that is always fresh and prepared using locally sourced seasonal ingredients.
They pride themselves on cask beer and there are usually two or three to choose from, together with international lagers, craft beer on tap and a good selection of wines.
The Blacksmiths Arms have four comfortable bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms, a TV and tea and coffee making facilities.
