What are the Best Walks in The Peak District?

The Peak District. A beautiful and scenic piece of nature that has the rest of the country paling in comparison. Located near Nottingham and Liverpool, it is easy to find, but you might be surprised by how many of the walks are not very well-known. If you are looking for an exciting new place to walk your dog, most of the trails are happy to have them as long as you follow the signs and rules that are posted.

Plus, even the most avid hikers can get a good and challenging workout when they follow routes such as the Flash and Dane Valley – which is sure to make a memorable trek. For those with wheelchairs or pushchairs, there are a number of accessible routes, like the Yorkshire Bridge Circular, that combines an easy path with gorgeous surroundings. Many of the trails, such as the walk between Shatton and Hathersage, also have a pub that you can stop at on your way when you are in need of a quick bite, a refreshing pint or a bed for the night.
