Episode 5: Cornwall and Devon Walks with Julia Bradbury

In this week’s Cornwall and Devon Walks, Julia Bradbury is walking in South Devon taking on a section of the South West Coast Path from the affluent coastal town of Salcombe to rugged Prawle Point.
Julia samples world-famous Salcombe crab, rambles the coast in search of wildlife with naturalist Claire and meets one of the volunteers of the National Coast watch, who helps prevent shipwrecks on this dramatic and stunning stretch of coast.

The Watermans Arms is a 17th Century riverside inn hidden in a valley at the head of Bow Creek. It boasts 15 stunning bedrooms, a beamed bar, open fires, terrace and delicious local food. There are seven comfortable and stylishly appointed bedrooms, two of which are large suites suitable for families and they can provide dog beds, locally-made doggy treats and bowls if you are bringing along your four legged friend.
