Situated in the South East of England, the tourists visit East Sussex for its lovely seaside resorts, such as Brighton, Hastings and Eastbourne. East Sussex is bordered by Kent to the north and east, West Sussex to the west and the English Channel to the south.

Many people flock to the uber-cool city of Brighton which is bursting with attractions. From fascinating museums, vintage shops to an outlandish Royal Palace, Brighton has it all.  Whilst the beach is stoney, Brighton beach has a wonderful atmosphere. The iconic Brighton Pier is packed with family friendly amusements, rides and restaurants.  If the beach isn’t your thing, head to The Lanes – Brighton’s colourful network of shopping streets, which boast a mix of vintage, boutique and antique shops.  There are also lots of cute coffee shops and quaint English cafes.

Just a short bus ride away from Brighton is South Downs National Park, 400 square kilometres of parkland. The area is a great place for ramblers and cyclists who are looking to stretch their legs and explore the vast countryside.

Hastings Country Park in East Sussex is also a wonderful place to visit for those who love to explore the great outdoors. Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the park has been selected as a Special Area of Conservation. Boasting ancient woodland and cliffs spanning 5 kilometres, the area has rugged coastal paths with stunning views of the sea.
